Summerville Centre Vacation Packages

This was a very nice apartment hotel, close to downtown and with a cute cafe located right downstairs. I will warn for those needing overnight parking, check the street signs as not all streets allow overnight parking on certain nights. When parking get filled in front of and on the side streets, it can be difficult to find a spot. Would recommend to travel light as there is no elevator. The room was spacious and nice with lots of sunlight coming in. Would recommend for sure

Disappointing Stay – Below Expectations I booked the Blue George Suite at Red George Inn and Suites through Hotels.com for two nights, from October 22 to October 24. The check-in process was inconvenient and confusing. The listing indicated that the property had a front desk, but upon arrival, there was no hotel sign, no front desk, and no advance check-in instructions. I had to call the phone number posted at the entrance and wait for a message explaining how to access the room through a lockbox. The room was not properly cleaned. The toilet had been left unflushed, a sewer-like odor persisted in the bathroom throughout my stay, and the towels smelled unclean. I also experienced noise from people walking upstairs late at night, and the bed was uncomfortable. Overall, the quality of the room and the level of service fell short of what I expected for the price. The Blue George Suite needs better cleaning and maintenance. Based on my experience, I was disappointed and believe the accommodation could be significantly improved. Unfortunately, my stay did not reflect the positive reviews I had read before booking.
